As part of the Khaotic Equipment line, the Wheelbarrow Sled offers conditioning exercises with benefits similar to Farmer's Walks, but with the instability that adds a unique core control element. The weight loads of the Wheelbarrow Sled can be intentionally imbalanced to create uneven loads adding to the instability of the device. Instability training is viewed by many as an effective way to train the core and affords the athlete a means to train motor recruitment patterns while training functional strength.
The Wheelbarrow Sled design provides athletes an exceptional tool that, in addition to use in wheelbarrow exercises, combines three types of sleds into one. It can be pulled and pushed from high or low positions as well as dragged using the included harness. Attach a Heavy Rope (Short Length) (not included) and it becomes a perfect implement for a variety of weighted load pulls. Weight loads can be varied by simply adding weight to make exercises more challenging.
The Khaos® Wheelbarrow Sled is constructed of steel with detachable steel upright bars. When used as a wheelbarrow, an Olympic plate weight (not included) is recommended for use as the wheel. For as long as we can remember, baseball has always been a huge part of our lives. I remember just learning how to walk and hitting the T ball in the backyard with my dad. Growing up with three brothers, my dad was busy and always taking us to practice and games. We were either playing baseball, or watching it on the TV with our dad. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. Once the payment is processed, we will ship your product as soon as possible. All products usually ship out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. If the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to let you know. If you decide to wait for the backordered product to come back into stock, we will capture the payment and your card will be charged. If you decide to cancel a backorder, your card may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, due to high processing fees. Items in stock can take 1-5 business days to ship. After the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. With the tracking number you can track your package and get an estimated time of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, feel free to contact us at support@anytimebaseballsupply.com. Damages
Before accepting any package, be sure to thoroughly inspect your item for damages. In the event that your package is damaged, take photos of the item and send them to support@anytimebaseballsupply.com. We will process the insurance claim on your behalf and pick up the cost of the return shipment.

30 Day Returns and Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancelled orders will be returned to the card that the order was placed on. You have 30 days from the day the order was placed to return your product. Most products will not be charged a restocking fee, however some manufacturer's require that we charge a 15% restocking fee. If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file and you will be required to pay for return shipping on the product. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase but subject to restocking fee from certain manufacturers. All returns after 30 days that will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee for all BATA products. There is a 20% restocking fee for all Fisher Athletic products. All Sports Attack products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
