These plyo boxes are often used for single-leg training such as step-ups and single-leg squats replacing traditional weight room squats. Squats, like most exercises, have inherent risks when performed with poor technique or with weights too heavy for the athlete. Single leg training using body weight (increasing resistance with handheld weights only after mastery of movements) can be very beneficial for the prevention of injuries. Plyo box height for single-leg training can be determined by measuring the distance from the sole of the athlete’s foot to the floor when the leg is raised to form a 90° angle at the knee.

This device saves money and space by combining three of the most popular training heights into one plyo-box; heights of 20", 24", and 30" can be achieved simply by rotating the box to different sides.
Using the TAP™ 3 in 1 Safe Jump Plyo Box allows increased athletic performance levels by reducing the fear of injury. Instead of needing several plyo boxes that vary in height, the TAP™ Adjustable Plyo-Box eliminates the need to buy and store multiple boxes. This plyo-box can be adjusted in 2" increments from heights of 17" to 25" to fit the height requirements of the athlete and exercise being performed; no tools are required to make the height adjustments. The 19.75" by 19.75" rubber-covered landing surface cushions landing during jumps.

More forgiving than traditional plyo boxes, the TAP™ Soft Plyo-Boxes are outstanding plyometric tools for training with bodyweight. This plyo box set was developed for home gym use with the younger and less muscularly developed athletes in mind. Designed to be lighter weight and more portable these Soft Plyo Boxes offer an economical alternative to the TAP™ Safe-Jump Plyo Boxes that are designed for commercial and institutional use. With a large landing surface, soft sides, and forgiving edges, the athlete's qualms of missing the box can be eased. Limiting concern of injury from not achieving a jump can allow the training athlete to focus on maximum effort to increase explosive power and improve dynamic movement patterns.
The TAP™ Soft Plyo-Boxes are made from high-density foam and covered with durable vinyl. The top covering aids foot traction while the heavy bottom covering reduces floor slippage. Each box has flaps using Velcro™ style hook and loop fasteners to provide stability and prevent the boxes from separating during use.
The set consists of three boxes that are 6", 12", and 18" heights. These boxes can be stacked in any size combination to achieve the desired height; the set can be mixed and matched to provide six height options for exercises, ranging from 6" to 36". Our Story
For as long as we can remember, baseball has always been a huge part of our lives. I remember just learning how to walk and hitting the T ball in the backyard with my dad. Growing up with three brothers, my dad was busy and always taking us to practice and games. We were either playing baseball, or watching it on the TV with our dad. It was the one thing that we all had in common and the one thing that kept our relationships together.

All of our close family friends were all met through baseball through the years. From little league all the way up to high school, the majority of our lasting friendships were created on the foundation of baseball. As much as we loved the game, we did run into a few baseball problems when we were growing up. The biggest problem was finding the right equipment for practice. The problem was that the big box retailers like Walmart had low quality equipment and the employees knew nothing about baseball. And then there were the specialty stores that were overrated and grossly over priced and just wanted to take our money. We were left with choosing between two different stores we didn't like. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. Once the payment is processed, we will ship your product as soon as possible. All products usually ship out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. If the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to let you know. If you decide to wait for the backordered product to come back into stock, we will capture the payment and your card will be charged. If you decide to cancel a backorder, your card may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, due to high processing fees. Items in stock can take 1-5 business days to ship. After the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. With the tracking number you can track your package and get an estimated time of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, feel free to contact us at support@anytimebaseballsupply.com. Damages
Before accepting any package, be sure to thoroughly inspect your item for damages. In the event that your package is damaged, take photos of the item and send them to support@anytimebaseballsupply.com. We will process the insurance claim on your behalf and pick up the cost of the return shipment.

30 Day Returns and Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancelled orders will be returned to the card that the order was placed on. You have 30 days from the day the order was placed to return your product. Most products will not be charged a restocking fee, however some manufacturer's require that we charge a 15% restocking fee. If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file and you will be required to pay for return shipping on the product. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase but subject to restocking fee from certain manufacturers. All returns after 30 days that will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee for all BATA products. There is a 20% restocking fee for all Fisher Athletic products. All Sports Attack products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you refuse a delivery with no valid reason or for buyer's remorse, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus return shipment.
