It does not apply to oversized items requiring truck or freight delivery, or to international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO orders. PortoLite pitching mounds and large items like the Mastodon and Iron Horse batting cage systems ship by freight and are subject to shipping fees.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If a delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, a restocking fee will be charged and you'll be responsible for return shipping.
Pitching machines can be returned within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. Sports Attack orders (Hack Attack, Jr. Hack Attack) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and made-to-order items can't be returned or cancelled once production starts. This includes custom windscreens, custom backstop padding, and any other item made to your measurements, colors, or lettering.
