Reconditioned by Heater Sports.

Trusted in backyards, facilities, and by the best teams in the MLB
Pitch, Field & Hit: No Partner Needed
Reconditioned by Heater Sports. Save $50. Same Double Play machine, net, frame and tripod, with the same 1-year parts & labor warranty as a new unit.
Your player wants reps. You've got 20 minutes and a tired arm. The Heater Sports Double Play fixes that: it's a 5' x 5' strike-zone pitchback net with a real baseball pitching machine built into the bottom. Every throw into the net comes back as a grounder, line drive or pop fly. When pitching practice is over, lift the machine onto the tripod and it throws batting practice up to 48 MPH.
One setup. Three skills. Hundreds of reps, with or without you.

Mode 1: Pitchback That Throws It Back
- Pitch into the strike zone. The built-in target rewards strikes and shows misses right away.
- The ball drops into the return pocket. The net funnels every pitch down to the machine.
- The machine fires it back, up to 100 feet. Set it for grounders, line drives or pop flies and field your own pitch.
Pitching and fielding in one continuous drill, and nobody has to chase balls.

Mode 2: Batting Practice Machine
- Pops off the frame and mounts on the included all-metal tripod
- Pitches real baseballs from 10 to 48 MPH, the right range for youth and little league hitters
- Tilt it up or down for line drives, grounders or fly balls to the field
- 1/4 HP heavy-duty motor
Why Families Pick the Double Play
- Two trainers, one footprint. A pitchback net and a pitching machine in one setup.
- Solo practice that actually works. Your player can pitch, field and repeat without waiting on a parent or teammate.
- Builds command. The strike zone gives instant feedback on every throw.
- Built for the backyard. 1" metal base, flexible fiberglass rods that absorb hard throws, and a front catch net to stop bounce-backs.
- Folds down fast. Collapses for the garage, the trunk or the field.

FAQ
Do I need someone to feed it?
Not in pitchback mode: your own throws feed the machine. In batting practice mode, a partner feeds balls by hand.
How fast does it throw?
10 to 48 MPH. That's ideal for youth and little league hitters, not high school game speed.
Can my player use it alone?
Yes. That's the point of pitchback mode: throw, field the return, repeat.
Does it need power?
Yes, a standard outlet. For the field, the Hot Box 600 runs it without one.
Where's the manual?
Download the Double Play manual (PDF).
