The Pitcher's Pair. 30% off.

The Numbers Pitching Target and the 5-ball Weighted Plyo Ball Set, together in onebox. Sold separately they're $79.98. Bundled, they're $55.99 — a $23.99 saving on the two tools that build command and arm strength at the same time.

The target gives every throw a number to hit. The plyo balls give every throw a purpose, from heavy mechanical work down to light, high-intent reps. Each one is good on its own. Together they turn a bucket of balls into a real session.

Free shipping, and nothing else to buy.

One box. Two tools. Thirty percent off.

Straps to anything.

The Numbers Pitching Target isn't tied to one net. Sixteen bungee cords with ball ends wrap around any frame in about a minute — no tools, no hardware, nothing to drill.

It fits the No Hitter Net's 9-square exactly. It hangs on a chain-link backstop at the park, on batting cage netting at the facility, or on any practice net you already own. Pull it off and take it to the next field in the same bag as the balls.

Wherever your pitcher throws, the zones go with them.

Any net. Any fence. Any field.

Five weights. One set.

The Weighted Plyo Ball Set runs from 6 oz up to 15 oz — five balls, five jobs. The heavy ones slow the arm down so a pitcher can feel the mechanics and build strength through the whole motion. The light ones let the arm move fast and carry that pattern into
a real baseball.

Each ball is seamed to feel like the real thing and built to be thrown into a net, a target, or a wall hundreds of times without breaking down.

Start heavy, finish light, and the arm learns both ends.

Build the arm. Then speed it up.

Hit your spots. Build your arm.

The Numbers Pitching Target gives pitchers clear numbered zones to aim for, making it easy to practice specific locations and track consistency. Instead of simply throwing into a net, every pitch has a purpose.

Pair it with the 5-ball Weighted Plyo Ball Set to add targeted arm-development work to your training routine. Different ball weights challenge pitchers to improve mechanics, arm speed, and throwing control.

Whether you're working on inside fastballs, outside breaking balls, or simply trying to repeat your delivery, this bundle gives you the tools to make every throw count.

Practice with purpose. Build command. Develop your arm.

Built to be thrown hard.

Plyo balls only work if a pitcher can throw them with intent, and most sets fall apart the first week they're used that way. These don't. The seamed cover and dense core are rated for hard surfaces, so a wall, a fence post, or the frame of the net is fair game.

That matters because the drills that build arm strength are max-effort by design. A ball you have to baby isn't training anything.

Throw them as hard as the program calls for. They'll be the same ball next season.

Max effort, every rep, every season.

Quick tips from the pros.

  • Warm up to throw — don't throw to warm up. Bands, arm circles, light movement first. Heavy throws on a cold arm are how pitchers get hurt.
  • Start heavy, finish light. Open with the 15 and 11 oz for slow, deliberate throws that groove mechanics. Work down to the 7 and 6 oz as intent rises.
  • Throw to a target at eye height, arm side. It keeps the athlete behind the ball instead of cutting across it. That's exactly where the Numbers Target goes.
  • Not every day is a hard day. Hard throwing once or twice a week. The rest are light, low-effort days — 50–60% effort, fewer throws.
  • More is not better. Keep the hard-day throw count fixed. Adding "a few more" is the most common mistake pitchers make.
  • Off days are off days. No throwing. Recovery is where the gains show up.
Call the zone before the throw. Every rep gets a number. Vague targets make vague pitchers.
  • In season, compete first. Velocity work is for the off-season. During games, keep the
    plyo work light and short.
