Recently, we conducted a comprehensive survey to understand how our pitching machines are transforming the training experience of our customers. Survey Methodology
Utilizing an email campaign, we reached out to a diverse group of customers, gathering responses from 126 dedicated players and coaches. This analysis paints a detailed picture of our user demographic, providing a solid foundation for our findings.
Via the email campaign, we invited our customers to click a link to participate in the survey. The survey consisted of 4 simple questions; 1 - How often do you use your pitching machine? 2 - Have you noticed an improvement in your batting average since using your pitching machine? 3 - If you answered yes to the previous question, can you estimate the percentage of improvement? 4 - How would you rate your overall experience with your pitching machine (From 1 to 5)?
Survey Findings
Our survey revealed several surprising and promising key points, all indicating the effectiveness of pitching machines in general. Let's take a look at the data and interpret it.
Pitching Machine User Frequency
The answers we got to this survey question illustrate just how often customers are using their pitching machine. 31% of customers reported using their pitching machine on a daily basis (wow!), and over half of our customers (54.8% of participants) reported that they use it at least once a week. The minority of customers reported only using it once a month, or less.
Improvement in Batting Average and Overall Performance After Using Pitching Machine
The answers to this question showcase the percentage of customers who have noticed an improvement in their batting skills since using our pitching machines. The majority of customers, 91.2%, reported that they experienced an improvement in performance and batting average. This highlights the effectiveness of our machines in enhancing performance, offering prospective customers confidence in the product's ability to aid in their training.

This chart is simple; 44.8% of participants reported that they rate their experience with their pitching machine at 5 stars, 37.6% gave it 4 stars, 12% gave it 3 stars, 4.8% gave it 2 stars, and 0.8% gave it 1 star. This underscored that fact that most people like their pitching machine and have had a positive experience with it overall.
